About OCRA
Our civil and criminal records including all scanned (non-sealed) images are available online via the Officer of the Court Remote Access (OCRA). The service is available to Virginia attorneys (must be in good standing), their agents / assistants, and Pro Hac Vice attorneys. The fee for OCRA is $25 a month per registered user. The registered user will have unlimited access to all civil, criminal, and miscellaneous cases including all scanned (non-sealed) images.
- To become a registered user, please complete the OCRA agreement and return to our office with payment.
- Employees of governmental agencies are exempt from fees and can request access by completing the OCRA agreement for exempt users and returning it to our office.

Note: Checks can be made payable to Clerk of Court. We also accept cash or
credit card in person with application or over the phone with
emailed application. All credit card transactions will include a 4% surcharge.
