The 21st Annual Harrisonburg Rockingham African-American Festival is being hosted by the City of Harrisonburg Department of Parks and Recreational and the HRAAF Planning Committee.
Harrisonburg Rockingham Social Services Foster Parenting Program will be at this event to speak with anyone who is interested in becoming a foster parent or wants to learn more about the foster care system. Come and enjoy this annual celebration of African-American culture, contributions and achivevements. you will not want to miss this highly anticipated community event.
This year's Festival will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014, 12pm-6pm, at Ralph Sampson Park in Harrisonburg.
