[ARCHIVED] Press Release: SPCA Study Presentation - April 7, 2016

A presentation of the SPCA study will be made by Karel Minor from Animal Welfare Management Services, LLC to the Harrisonburg City Council, Rockingham County Board of Supervisors and the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA Board of Directors at 6 p.m., on Thursday April 7, 2016, in the Harrisonburg City Council Chambers.

Rockingham County, the City of Harrisonburg and the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA engaged Animal Management Services, LLC to prepare a service and operations overview of sheltering services in the community, and to project needs for the next 5 years.
