News Flash

As of July 1, 2017, there will be an additional $2.50 fee for any paper document that is filed in our office. This fee will increase to $5 per document as of January 1, 2018. The current $5 fee per electronically filed document will no longer be in effect after July 1, 2017. 

If you use the Deed Calculator link to calculate recording fees prior to July 1, 2017 for paper documents that will be recorded in our office after July 1, please add an additional $2.50 per document to avoid rejection of filings for improper filing fees.
