On October 21, 2017, fees will be waived for each individual county vehicle for Rockingham County residents to bring to the County Landfill up to four (4) residential car passenger tires and one (1) tractor tire per farm without fluid. Tires are required to be removed from the rim. This does not apply to any Commercial or Business Hauler or Contractor.
