Effective immediately and until further notice, the Community Development Department will only accept permit applications and plans submitted inside the Entrance C vestibule at the County Administration Center . Please submit completed applications and plans in the Building Permit box or Site Plan/ Environmental Plans box. To make payment by check, please insert within an envelope provided, indicate the plan name and site address, then slide between the glass doors. To pay by credit over the phone, please call 564-3030. Approved plans will be placed in this vestibule for retrieval by the applicant. For questions, please call the following:
