[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Regarding Lake Shenandoah Stormwater Control Authority

In observance of guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam pertaining to the State of Emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Hearing originally scheduled for March 25, 2020, for matters related to the Lake Shenandoah Stormwater Control Authority (LSSCA) has been postponed to a future date. In accordance with issued guidelines, the public hearing regarding the LSSCA will be held no earlier than June 10, 2020County administration and Board members have been and will continue to accept written comments pertaining to the LSSCA. Comments will be accepted up to and including the date of the public hearing. At which time a date can be confirmed for the public hearing, required notice will be given through public advertisement and information updates on this website.
