Rockingham County Circuit Court & Clerk's Office is open and is operating as normal. Per the Virginia Judicial System's website, Harrisonburg/Rockingham General District Court is closed from October 29-November 6 currently. Their closure has not affected the Circuit Court or Clerk's Office operations.
