Footnotes:
Bridgewater Mayor and Town Council candidates are required to collect a minimum of 125 valid petition signatures
Broadway, Elkton, Grottoes, and Timberville Mayor and Town Council candidates are required to collect a minimum of 50 valid petition signatures
Dayton and Mount Crawford Mayor and Town Council candidates are not required, by state law, to collect any petition signatures.
* Required by Party Primary Candidates being nominated by Party by means of Primary OR Independent Candidates to declare for elections other than Primaries
* Independent Candidates submit to Registrar
* Candidates who plan on filing electronically must register as a COMET user first before filing any documentation with the Department of Elections. Paper Filers only submit to Registrar/EB
